The second quantum revolution as an audiovisual spectacle: A team of artists and scientists aims to make the quantum phenomenon of entanglement audible by performing in response to an experimental setup from the high-tech lab. Musicians interact with these sounds in real-time, while live visuals, also controlled by the quantum experiment, animate the stage.

THE SOUND OF ENTANGLEMENT was presented for the first time at the Ars Electronica Festival 2024 as part of antonbruckner2024 in front of over 3,000 people at St. Mary’s Cathedral in Linz. This was followed by invitations to the renowned Johns Hopkins University in Washington, the Vienna Ball of Sciences, and to be part of the Austrian Pavilion at EXPO2025 in Osaka, Japan.
