The number of people in need of care is increasing every year, while at the same time the healthcare system, care facilities and families are reaching their limits.Caregivers often have to reduce their working hours or leave their jobs, which has serious consequences for the labour market and the economy. Where do we need to start in order to alleviate the shortage of skilled labour, ensure a high-quality care, and provide better support for caregivers?
