Public service media plays a crucial role in this landscape and must strengthen its position as a trusted source while fulfilling its informational and educational mandate and upholding its democratic understanding amid growing polarization and skepticism. This panel attempts to illuminate the critical relationship between credibility, algorithm and ratings.
