She has been a member of the Executive Board of the Public Employment Service Austria (AMS) since 2023. Prior to that, she headed the AMS Vienna for eleven years. She began her career at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), the European Globalisation Fund, and the Ministry of Labour as Head of Department.
