He is an international lawyer and foreign policy expert, focusing on human security, transitional justice, and conflict resolution. Eshghi holds a Master’s degree in Dispute and Conflict Resolution and a PhD in International Law from SOAS, University of London. He has lived and worked in the UK, Tunisia, and Austria, and joined the Heinrich Boell Foundation in 2024.
