Marija Golubeva is former Minister of the Interior of Latvia and Richard von Weizsacker Fellow at the Robert Bosch Academy in Berlin. She is the founder of crisis simulation company Meleys. Since then, she has been active as a fellow of policy think-tanks focusing on security policy response to hybrid threats.
