As a committed European, he has been Head of Cabinet of the European Commissioner for External Relations and Trade (2009 to 2010), Advisor for European Affairs in the Prime Minister’s Office (2010 to 2011) and Vice-President at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD (2016 to 2021).
