Tomáš Nidetzký
He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Development Bank since May 2023. He was a member of the ČNB Bank Board from 2016 to 2022 and became the Deputy Governor of the ČNB in December 2018. He had previously held a number of senior management positions, e. g. at NN Penzijní společnost for the Czech Republic, Pojišťovna České spořitelny, Stavební spořitelna under Česká spořitelna, ČSOB Pojišťovna and the ING Financial Group. From 1999 to 2004, he was a member of the Presidium of the Association of Pension Funds of the Czech Republic and the Czech Association of Insurance Companies. At the beginning of his career, he worked at the Securities Centre, Komerční banka and Česká spořitelna. He graduated from the Faculty of Informatics and Statistics at the University of Economics in Prague and completed his postgraduate studies at Oklahoma City University in the U.S.
